All presenters are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. Travel expenses are not covered for registered presenters. Registration fees will be waived for the day of your presentation. All presenters must be listed on the submitted presentation proposal.
The League must receive all speaker names with the abstract submission and a lead contact for the presentation should be designated. It is your responsibility to contact and confirm all speakers for the session. Any changes in speakers must be made by March 15. Upon acceptance, the League conference staff may modify the session title and description for promotional purposes. All efforts will be made to confer with the lead presenter before publication.
The 2019 CHI is paperless so we will post handouts received by May 1 on our website unless requested otherwise. The handouts will be placed in a password-protected area of the website and only registered attendees will be able to access them.
The League will provide a screen, microphone, laptop, and LCD projector for each session. If you need any other accommodations, please notify us in advance.
