American Cancer Society
Here you'll find medical information, treatment decision tools, news updates, and support resources for cancer. You can also read about survivors' experiences, find hope, and inspire others.

American Diabetes Association
Provides information about diabetes, nutrition, exercise, prevention, research, and more.

American Heart Association
Provides brochures on nutrition and weight management, smoking, cholesterol, high blood pressure, physical activity, controlling risk factors, cardiovascular conditions, treatments, procedures, stroke, and risk assessment.

American Lung Association
Provides facts, research, and information on asthma, allergies, and lung cancer.

Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention
Provides an interactive, web-based Cancer Assessment Tool called Your Cancer Risk. This tool can be used to estimate personal risk for breast, prostate, colon, or lung cancer. Prevention strategies tailored to meet individual needs are also provided.

Massachusetts Health Promotion Clearinghouse
The Massachusetts Health Promotion Clearinghouse provides free health promotion materials for Massachusetts residents and health and social service providers in the Commonwealth. Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Clearinghouse develops and distributes health promotion materials on the following health topics:

Asthma General Health Information Osteoporosis 
Cancer HIV/AIDS STDs
Child Health Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention Substance Abuse
Diabetes Hepatitis Tobacco Control
Disaster Planning Men's Health Women's Health

Health materials are available free of charge to assist individuals, groups, and communities in Massachusetts, including: health educators working with diverse populations; health care providers committed to providing important health information; individuals interested in improving their health and making healthy choices.

National Diabetes Education Program
Provides information for patients and health professionals on diabetes prevention and control.

National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
Publications, websites, and web applications for people interested in learning about, asthma, cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, and other heart, lung, and blood-related issues.
