There are new low-cost health plans available for adults and children who live in Massachusetts. Health insurance can cover the cost of doctor visits, hospital stays, mental health, alcohol and drug abuse treatment, prescription drugs and emergency care. To find out if you are eligible for one of the new health insurance plans, visit your local community health center. Health center staff can help explain the choices that may be available to you and your family. To find a health center near you, click on Health Centers.
