Community HealthCorps Program

Program Objectives

The Massachusetts Community HealthCorps Program is a Massachusetts-sponsored AmeriCorps program, sponsored by community health centers, that strives to promote health care for America's underserved while developing tomorrow's health care workforce. The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) launched Community HealthCorps in 1995 to bring national service resources to community health centers, primary care associations and other organizations that provide primary care to residents of medically underserved areas.

Eligibility Requirements

The Massachusetts Community HealthCorps Program is currently recruiting members for September 2010 through August 2011. To participate, you must be 18+ years of age with a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED.
