Human Resources Director Forum

The Mass League’s Human Resources Forum is composed of health centers’ human resource professionals who meet on a quarterly basis to share workforce information and resources. A few of the wide range of topics covered at the Forum are training and education needs, the tracking of regulations impacting employee relations, and the development of performance management criteria. On occasion, the Forum utilizes guest speakers who present on a wide range of relevant human resource topics. The Mass League encourages their member health center human resource professionals to join this Forum and engage in the HR Directors listserv, a private email discussion group where members can ask questions or share best practices.
