Youth Workforce Engagement Initiatives

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is committed to fostering the next generation of health leaders through its comprehensive Youth Workforce Engagement Initiatives. These programs empower young people, particularly those from underserved communities, by offering opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain practical experience, and explore careers in community health. By investing in youth, the Mass League aims to prepare our future workforce to lead with equity, innovation, and community-driven values while bridging the gaps between education and real-world application.
The Massachusetts School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Forum on Higher Logic—a new statewide community of practice designed to connect SBHC professionals across Massachusetts.
The SBHC Forum provides a collaborative space to:
• Share resources, tools, and best practices
• Connect with SBHC colleagues across the Commonwealth
• Discuss challenges and innovative solutions
• Stay informed about funding, training, events, and statewide initiatives
