Do you know someone who isn't planning to get the COVID-19 vaccine?
Talk with them! Here's how:
1. Start by saying whether you've gotten the vaccine or are going to. Then ask them what they are planning to do. Use these tips to have a good conversation.
2. They will probably tell you about some questions and concerns. Here are answers to the most common ones.
3. Maybe they would like to hear what local doctors and nurses say about the pandemic and the vaccine. Show them some of the short videos below, organized by topic, or watch our half-hour video together.
4. End by saying you are glad you talked. But don’t pressure them about their decision. Did you have a respectful conversation? Mission accomplished!
